Immerse in a cross-cultural celebration 中西节日融合 with us! Thanksgiving and 中秋节 (Moon Festival) - two autumn festivals that both honor family unity 团圆 (tuán yuán) and gratitude 感恩 (gǎn ēn). Through fun hands-on activities, children can discover how turkey dinners and mooncakes share the same spirit of reunion.
🎶 Singing & Celebration 中文晨歌 : Daily singing of cheerful Chinese gratitude songs such as 《听我说谢谢你》, 《感谢》, and 《感恩的心》, building vocabulary through melody and movement.
🥟 Cooking & Tasting 烹饪美食 : Make 南瓜汤圆 (pumpkin sweet-rice balls), 火鸡蔬菜饺子 (turkey veggie dumplings), and 米月饼 (rice-flour mooncakes) while learning tasty Chinese food words.
🍵 Tea & Gratitude 茶香感恩 : Enjoy a mini 中国茶礼 (Chinese tea ceremony), taste fragrant 菊花茶 (chrysanthemum tea), and create a take-home 养生花草茶包 (herbal tea bag) as a family gift of health and thanks.

🍁 Field Trip 1: Outdoor Discovery 秋日探索 : Take a fall 自然小徒步 (nature hike) to collect colorful 秋叶 (autumn leaves) and 松果 (pinecones) while learning seasonal Chinese words.
🥢 Field Trip 2: Dumpling Workshop 包饺子之旅🦃 : Visit a beloved San Carlos restaurant to 包饺子 (bāo jiǎo zi) with a real chef—roll, fold, and taste your own handmade turkey dumplings.
