Lunch Option Details:
Delicious, kid-friendly meals made fresh each morning by a local favorite, King Chuan of San Carlos - one of the oldest Chinese restaurants on the Peninsula. Susan the owner is a San Carlos local, originally from Shanghai, and her family has run Chinese restaurants across the Bay Area. Her grandpa was a famous chef in Shanghai! Susan also teaches Tai Chi at the San Carlos Adult Community Center and her son is a police officer serving our community. We are grateful for the partnership in ensuring campers have freshly cooked, balanced, kid-friendly meals, such as:
Stir-fried rice with veggies and meat (beef or chicken)
Savory Chinese noodles
Handmade wontons
Dumplings with meat & vegetable fillings
