Moon Festival Mooncake & Lantern Tea Party (10/4)
Celebrate the Moon Festival with Us!
The Moon Festival, celebrated on the 15th day of the 8th lunar month (officially falls on October 6 this year), is one of the most beloved Chinese holidays. Families gather to admire the full moon, share mooncakes, and paint lanterns.
The round moon symbolizes 团圆 (tuán yuán)—unity and togetherness. Just as the moon becomes full, families come together to give thanks for the harvest, enjoy food, and express love for those near and far.
At Live Love Learn Chinese, we honor this tradition by bringing children and families into the spirit of reunion, gratitude, and cultural heritage, creating memories as bright and whole as the autumn moon.
